Robot is a piece that represents our relationship to technology and how we can use it with good or ill intentions. Who does technology serve, and why? The desert could represent a lack of human life, loneliness, and/or isolation. What is the narrative here, and how did things come to be this way? Art often has a story to tell, a message. Perhaps this robot is a warning to how we treat each other and the planet.
